Review by hotel critic
As a business traveler from Greater Manchester, I greatly appreciate accommodations that prioritize comfort and efficiency. During my recent holiday, I stayed at a delightfully modern hotel near Soekarno-Hatta Airport that encompassed all my preferences. The complimentary airport shuttle service made transfers seamless, while the well-appointed room offered ample electrical outlets and remarkable air conditioning-perfect for unwinding after a long journey. I was particularly impressed by the vibrant breakfast selection and the friendly nature of the staff; they truly went above and beyond. Cindy, in particular, ensured our stay was memorable by providing a late checkout and arranging convenient transport for our excursions. The attention to detail, including takeaway meals prepared beautifully, speaks volumes about their commitment to service. This hotel perfectly combines luxury and functionality, making it my top choice for future travels near Jakarta. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a pleasant stay with exceptional service.
